Our goal is to help businesses save time and money. We set up AI integration and automation built with costs in mind, so every setup is worth what it costs to build and to run.
A lot of businesses run on a few busy people. The owner handles new requests, writes the quotes, and chases invoices, with no time left for the tech that could help. We look at how you work, find where time is lost, and take that work off your plate. You get a quote before we start.
How we keep costs low

Regular automation first
Many jobs don't need AI. Where simple rules and connections between your tools do the job, we use those. They cost little to run and work the same way every time. We add AI only where it adds real value.

The right-sized AI model
AI models range from small and quick to large and expensive. For each task, we pick the smallest model that does it well, instead of using the most expensive one for everything.

Lean token use
AI providers charge by the token. A token is a small piece of text, about the size of a short word, and you pay for every token sent to the AI and every token it writes back. We keep instructions tight, reuse results where we can, and only send what each task needs. Fewer tokens means lower running costs.

Before we build, you see what it should cost to run. After launch, you can track what it uses, so you always know what you're paying for.
